博士。金公牛一直是ST的成员。自1996年以来在她的任期乔治的教师已经成为一个备受尊敬的领导者中她的同龄人在 独立学院 community, as well as a valuable mentor to scores of new teachers, students, and alumni. A veterinarian by trade, Kim teaches biology, coaches JV girls' basketball, and serves as a dorm parent. She advises our Insight multicultural student club, and has been a warm, welcoming presence to students of color for more than 20 years. Kim serves on the Board of Directors for the Association of Independent Schools of New England and for the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center in Newport. In the fall of 2016, she was named the recipient of the W. Clyde Dorsey ’70 Chair for Diversity, Inclusion, and Leadership. In addition, Kim leads our Diversity and Inclusion Book Series discussions, many of our in-service training days for faculty, and diversity-focused sessions of our St. George's Student Experience Program. She is also a lead planner for our annual Day of Engagement (an all-school community service event), and for our Weekend for Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion.
